HOTEL POLICIES 

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted without penalty up to 72 hours before 3 PM on the day of arrival. Cancellations within the 72-hour cancellation policy are subject to the first night's room and tax. Please be aware that attempting to modify a reservation within the 72-hour cancellation period will be considered a cancellation. Advanced purchase Rates are non-refundable.

Deposit Policy
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to hold the reservation. The credit card will be authorized pre-arrival to ensure validity, however, no deposit will be taken with the exception of an Advanced Purchase Rate. In this case, the entire amount would be charged and is non-refundable. 

Pet Policy
Oakhurst Inn offers a limited number of pet-friendly rooms for our guests for an additional $75 per animal per night, for up to two dogs. To book a pet-friendly room please contact the hotel directly.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Where is the Oakhurst Inn?
As one of the most convenient hotels near UVA and downtown Charlottesville, we're located directly across the street from University's Central Grounds and South Lawn, just over a mile from many iconic shops and restaurants, and 5.5 miles from Monticello. 

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in commences at 4 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. 

Where can I park?
Parking is available at our hotel for $15 a night plus tax. Please note that the Inn is located in a historic residential neighborhood adjacent to the University, and while this makes for a beautiful setting, it also places us squarely in the middle of a tightly-controlled permit zone. 

Can I get a room with two beds in it?
Unfortunately, no. Our 1920's-sized rooms have one bed, but about a quarter of them are suites with an additional living froom and pullout couch. 

Do you allow pets?
We have a total of 15 pet-friendly rooms available. Please call us directly and we'll help you book them. 

Is breakfast included?
Our gourmet Oakhurst Inn Café is onsite, but food is not included in the room rate. 

What is Oakhurst Hall?
Oakhurst Hall is our main building, which houses the check-in area, our swimming pool and eight guest rooms.

Do you have a meeting space?
We have the Oak Room for meetings up to 30 people with A/V services and catering available. 

Do you have an event space?
We have a pool patio, three lobbies and a garden that can be used for various events accommodating up to 100 people.
